Dr. Toulson completed his fellowship in adult reconstruction after earning his doctorate in medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His extensive experience first began at renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, one of the highest-ranked hospitals in the United States. Afterward, he trained in one of the top orthopedic programs in the country at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
